AnnualPlan is a personal operating system for people who are tired of vague resolutions and want to actually move the needle on the things that matter. It pairs the rigour of corporate OKRs with the daily presence of an AI coach, translating annual ambition into weekly rituals you can sustain.
We built it because the planning infrastructure that runs great companies should be available to the individuals running their own lives with the same seriousness.
AnnualPlan is a product of CLRT LLC-FZ, a venture studio founded in 2025 by Vishal Sachar and Mahdi Salmanzadeh, focused on building advanced tools that help businesses and individuals scale.
Vishal Sachar
CEO & Co-Founder
Vishal is a global executive with 25 years of experience as a founder and operator. He spent 17 years in London real estate asset management, closing over $1.5 billion in deals and leading teams of more than 200 direct reports. He went on to found Mountlake Investment Group, a £35m REIT in London; Vertex Capital, a Boston-based investment fund focused on high-growth startups; and founded the Hult Mentorship Club, where he served as Chairman and mentored over 900 postgraduate students in Boston. He also worked with Crews & Co in Boston as a management consultant and executive coach. He has helped scale hundreds of companies worldwide.
Vishal currently is part of the leadership team in the Business Growth section at the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry, working to develop initiatives to help scale 300,000+ companies registered in Dubai. His academic background includes a Law degree, an MBA in Finance, an MSc in Data Science and Analytics, and executive training from MIT Sloan's Entrepreneurship Development Program.
Mahdi Salmanzadeh
CTO & Co-Founder
Mahdi is a senior engineer with over a decade of experience building cutting-edge digital products and scalable platforms. He has built and launched multiple successful applications across mobile, AI, infrastructure, and consumer technology, with a combined revenue exceeding $120K in monthly recurring revenue across several products. His work includes platforms such as Pingroom.io, ProudU.ae, Dubai MCP, and Hippo.
Today, Mahdi works full-time scaling CLRT's growing portfolio of products, leading engineering, system architecture, and AI infrastructure across the studio. His focus is on building reliable, high-performance systems that can evolve from ambitious ideas into products used by thousands of people worldwide.
His engineering approach combines deep technical execution with product thinking, allowing him to move quickly from concept to production while maintaining scalability, performance, and user experience at the core of every system. He is especially focused on AI-native infrastructure, real-time systems, and building products that create meaningful real-world impact.
